This seminar is for you!

Theme of the seminar: Defense against chokes
Objective of the seminar: to give to the participant to means to defend against chokes.
At the end of the seminar the participants should able to understand how:

To respond early to a choke attempt;

To use krav maga principles to defend against different situation of front choke;

To execute essential striking technics.
Even if you haven’t been able to attend regular Krav Maga training due to your schedule, or if you’ve found previous training physically demanding, this 2-hours seminar is a great opportunity to learn Krav Maga techniques (skills) and tactics (strategies).
Instructor:
The seminar will be taught by Gilles Isard, an Expert-Level Instructor and the Head of Krav Maga Global Japan.
Gilles Isard has 10 years experience as krav maga instructor in Japan and teaches in a clear and beginner-friendly manner. A Japanese interpreter will be available to translate the instructor’s explanations as well as any questions from participants.
During the 2-hours session, there will also be seated discussions, so don’t worry—it won’t be 2 hours of continuous physical activity!

Location: Krav Maga Global Japan NAKAMEGURO Dojo (Nearest station: Nakameguro, Tokyo Metro / Tokyu Toyoko Line)
Eligibility: Beginners welcome! Participants must be 14 years or older and physically able to train.
